What this website is
This website is published by Arlington Motor Company, Inc., 10939 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32225, as a description of the repair and maintenance services we perform and the basis on which they are priced. Using it means accepting these terms.
No manufacturer affiliation is claimed
This site describes the automotive repair and maintenance operation of Arlington Motor Company, Inc., serving all makes. Nothing on it claims, implies or should be read as claiming any franchise, factory authorization, factory certification, sponsorship or endorsement by any vehicle manufacturer.
Where a vehicle manufacturer’s name appears anywhere in correspondence or on a repair order, it appears only to identify the vehicle being worked on.
This site is not an estimate
Prices, price ranges, flat-rate times, the labor rate and the diagnostic fee published here are general information to help you budget. They are not an estimate for your vehicle and not an offer capable of acceptance.
The document that binds either of us is a written estimate issued for your specific vehicle and authorized by you. Where anything on this site and that estimate disagree, the estimate governs.
We may change published prices at any time without notice. Prices carry the date they were last reviewed.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of error or that every figure is current at the moment you read it. Ranges are wide because vehicles differ, and no web page can know the condition of a specific car.
No repair advice
Descriptions here of symptoms, faults, diagnostic procedures and maintenance intervals are general information written to help you understand what you are being quoted for. They are not a diagnosis of your vehicle and not instructions for repairing it.
Your vehicle manufacturer’s own maintenance schedule and service information take precedence over anything written here. Where they disagree with this site, follow them.
Nothing here should be used to decide whether a vehicle is safe to drive. If you think it may not be, do not drive it.
What you may do with this site
Read it, print it, and bring it in. The pricing page is laid out to print and comparing it against another shop’s estimate is exactly what it is for.
You may not scrape it, republish it as your own, or present its content as somebody else’s. The text and the arrangement of this site are ours.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on information published on it, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Liability in respect of repair work actually performed is governed by your repair order, the warranty stated on it, the payment and refunds policy, and Florida law — not by this page.

Anything on this page that is unclear — the warranty term on your repair, which parts grades are available and what each costs, what happens if the estimate has to change — is a telephone call away, and asking before you authorize is always the right time.
